Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the 11j platform. By accessing 11j.asia or the 11j Android app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register an account or engage in Real Money Play on 11j. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 11j reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where underage use is suspected or confirmed. Any funds associated with an Account operated by an underage individual will be forfeited.
It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which they access 11j. 11j makes no representation that access to or use of its Services is legal in all countries or regions. Users accessing 11j from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on 11j. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – regardless of device, IP address, payment method, or identity – is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
To access Real Money Play on 11j, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number (03XX format), and a valid email address where applicable. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
11j is required to verify the identity and age of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests. You will be required to submit a legible scan or photograph of a valid government-issued identity document, typically a Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Additional documentation including proof of address or source of funds may be requested at 11j's discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. 11j will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to keep your login details secure. You must notify 11j immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
11j accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa and Mastercard debit cards, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 11j does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically possible. Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for all withdrawals. 11j reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews before processing withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours during business hours.
All Account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User's payment provider and are not controlled by 11j.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by 11j are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game conditions. These specific terms are communicated at the time each offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
11j reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has abused the bonus system. Abuse includes but is not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, and using bonuses in a manner that conflicts with the spirit of the promotion.
11j reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus funds that have not been claimed within the validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
11j reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where there is a suspicion of match fixing, where technical errors have affected odds, or where a User's betting patterns suggest abuse of the platform. In circumstances where bets are accepted due to an obvious pricing error, 11j reserves the right to void such bets and refund the stake.
All sporting results and game outcomes are determined by official sources or certified software systems as applicable. 11j's determinations regarding outcomes are final in the absence of a demonstrable technical error. Disputes must be submitted to [email protected] within seven (7) days of the event result being posted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
11j reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of 11j following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 11j holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
